With the rapid development of science and technology, the product quality of hydraulic hoses is getting higher and higher, and there are more and more types of hoses. For those who use hydraulic hoses for the first time, the use environment of hydraulic hoses will directly affect its use. As a result, hydraulic hoses are generally used in the industrial industry and are very common, so basically the demand is also very large.
However, people do not pay attention to the use environment. If it is used in a strong acid and alkali environment, the hydraulic hose will naturally be corroded. Or it is used in some places where the temperature is relatively high, the hydraulic hose may be melted. Reasons for common failures of hydraulic hoses:
1. Inner rubber layer failure
The inner rubber layer is obviously swollen. The reason may be that the material of the inner rubber layer has been corroded by the passing medium, or the temperature has exceeded the maximum temperature, so when you replace it, you must know whether the hose is compounded. Whether the medium can withstand the working temperature. If not, you need to change to a better quality hydraulic hose.
2. Outer rubber layer failure
If cracks are found in the outer rubber layer, first observe whether there is a problem with the inner rubber layer. If there is no problem with the inner rubber layer, it may be that the outer rubber layer cuts hard objects or cracks because of the severe cold, so don’t do it in the cold outdoor environment. Moving the hoses, it is best to “dress” the hydraulic hoses as well. If the outer rubber layer is found to be bulging, first see if it is a quality problem or improper use. See failure of inner rubber layer.
3. Enhancement layer failure
The reinforcement layer is mainly braided or entangled with steel wires, which are all metal fabrics. If they are corroded or damp, they are easy to rust, which will weaken the strength and cause rupture under high pressure. This situation is usually accompanied by breakage of the outer rubber layer and scratches. And other phenomena. If the joint is broken, it may be because the joint does not cooperate to cause moisture to enter the reinforcement layer.
